Over the course of the last two years, the WORLD Policy Analysis Center (WORLD) has worked with leaders and change agents at the forefront of the disability social movement to build evidence on what policies and laws can advance the realization of the right to education and work for persons with disabilities. WORLD performed a systematic analysis of the hundreds of constitutions and national laws related to equal rights, disability rights, education and employment discrimination in all 193 UN member states. We are thrilled to release these new global findings in conjunction with the 12th Session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
