In a joint infographic with Girls Not Brides, WORLD’s data on global child marriage laws helped to make the argument for better child marriage laws and spotlight areas of improvement needed in child marriage laws to on-the-ground advocates around the world.
In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at the Girls Not Brides Global Meeting— the largest global meeting of its kind — WORLD co-hosted a workshop with Save the Children UK and Equal Measures 2030 to showcase how data tools can be powerful in the hands of local activists working to end child marriage.
In response to feedback from Girls Not Brides, WORLD produced legislative text of child marriage laws to support on-the-ground advocacy of their global partnership network.
