The Longitudinal Gender Equality in Paid Parental Leave data was released in December 2023 alongside the publication of the journal article "Progress towards gender equality in paid parental leave: an analysis of legislation in 193 countries from 1995–2022". The dataset contains the data displayed in the figures and maps in the paper, including on maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave, and differences in mothers vs. fathers and birth vs. adopting parents.
