The WORLD Policy Analysis Center is pleased to provide access to and use of data that it collects and publishes. On this page, you can download the Workplace Gender Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Data, which was released in March 2022 alongside the close of the 66th Commission on the Status of Women, in support of ongoing global monitoring efforts and on-the-ground work to advance gender equality. This dataset includes a range of detailed indicators on legislative prohibitions of gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment at the workplace for all 193 United Nations member countries. Areas addressed include: hiring, equal pay, training, promotions and demotions, terminations, indirect discrimination, and the design and coverage of legislative prohibitions of sexual harassment at the workplace.
