The result of a United Nations General Assembly resolution, the 2018 UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) Flagship Report on Disability and Development is a collective effort of UN- and non-UN entities to explore the realization of the sustainable development goals by, for and with persons with disabilities. The editorial team of the report invited WORLD to present data and join the expert group evaluation process for the creation of the report, and the final version of the report includes WORLD’s data on constitutional guarantees of equality and prohibitions of discrimination against persons with disabilities in labor laws.
